DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION
Current Domain registration, transfer and renewal charges can be found here: Domain Pricing .CO.UK and.UK domain registration will be via Nominet and Tags set to BIZEEINTERNET and all other domains will be registered via NameCheap the TAGS will be set to ENOM.
On occasion domain names may show as available when checking but upon registration the domain is not available – This is not under the control of BizeeInternet and we accept no responsibility or liability for unsuccessful domain registrations that occur or issues with registration services. You agree that BizeeInternet can not be held accountable regarding failed registrations or renewal of domain names.
YOU agree to pay BizeeInternet prior to the effectiveness of the desired domain name registration, the then-current amount set forth in the BizeeInternet price schedule for the initial registration of the domain name and, should YOU choose to renew the registration and subsequent renewals of the registration. All fees are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if YOUR domain name registration is suspended, cancelled or transferred prior to the end of YOUR then current registration term.
BizeeInternet reserves the right to change fees, surcharges, renewal fees or to institute new fees at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. YOUR requested domain name will not be registered until we receive Full payment of the registration fee and that you have confirmed YOUR registration in an email from BizeeInternet to the email address indicated in YOUR registration application.
In the event of a chargeback by a credit card company (or similar action by another payment provider allowed by BizeeInternet) in connection with the payments of the registration fee for YOUR domain name registration, YOU agree and acknowledges that the domain name registration shall be transferred to BizeeInternet as the paying entity for that registration to the registry and that we reserve all rights regarding such domain name including, without limitation, the right to make the domain name available to other parties for purchase. BizeeInternet will reinstate YOUR domain name registration solely at BizeeInternet’s discretion, and subject to our receipt of the initial registration or renewal fee and our then-current reinstatement fee.
Transfer domain registrar to BizeeInternet
YOU agree to pay BizeeInternet prior to the effectiveness of the desired domain name transfer request, the then-current amount set forth in the BizeeInternet price schedule for the initial transfer request of the domain name. YOU agree and acknowledge that the domain name transfer will fail, and all fees are non-refundable, for the following reasons, but not limited to:
– No response from the Registered Name Holder or Administrative Contact – Domain name in Registrar Lock Status – Domain name registration period time expires or other constraints, other than during the first 60 days of initial registration or during the first 60 days after a registrar transfer

Transfer domain away from BizeeInternet
BizeeInternet reserves all rights, without limitation, to reject the domain name transfer request for the following reasons, but not limited to:
– No response from the Registered Name Holder or Administrative Contact – Domain name in Registrar Lock Status and there is no request from Registered Name Holder or Administrative Contact for the status change – Domain name registration period time will be expiring in less than 60 days or other constraints, other than during the first 60 days of initial registration or during the first 60 days after a registrar transfer YOU agree and acknowledge that the failure or success of a domain name transfer will be his/her sole responsibility, and BizeeInternet will not be held liable for the failure of a domain name transfer for any reason.
Transfer Away Fees: For .co.uk this is usually £12 per domain, however if you have more than one .co.uk domain that you wish to transfer away, this can be done via your Nominet control panel where multiple domains can be transferred for a one off fee. See the Nominet manage domain link below Domain registrations are non-refundable.
Please do not purchase the domain name until you are certain that it is exactly what you would like to buy.
Expiring UK domain names.
For UK domain names, .co.uk and .uk – These must be renewed before the current 90 day hold period has expired from the date of expiry. We advise to renew your domain/s well before this time to avoid losing it to another party. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that your domain is renewed. BizeeInternet can not be held responsible for any lost domains because of failure to renew. For UK domains customers can also manage these from Nominet.co.uk (link Below ).
We will attempt send reminder emails at 3 Months, 30 Days, and 7 Days Prior to expiry. We will also attempt to remind you 7 Days and then again at 83 Days after expiry. Please check your junk mail – BizeeInternet is not responsible for your receipt of email messages! We backup your website once a week but you can always upgrade to the backup + in order to get daily backups for your security. This is especially useful if you are changing your site on a daily basis.
We do not tie you in to long term contracts. You can pay month by month or annually in order to make a saving. However if you want to cancel your hosting you will only be charged for the amount of time used. The minimum term is 1 month. If you cancel within 14 days you can claim your money back on hosting – Domain registrations can not be refunded.
Complaints Procedure
For complaints please send correspondence to complaints@bizeeinternet.co.uk. You can also send a complaint via your user account by submitting a ticket and selecting complaint as the topic. We will attempt to respond to all complaints within 24-48 hours during working hours.
Our complaints department operates Monday to Friday 9am -5pm. Complaints sent on a Friday after 5pm will be opened as a new case on the following Monday unless it falls on a Bank or Public Holiday.
We attempt to resolve complaints within 5 working days. If your complaint is regarding UK domains held on our tag and you are not happy with the outcome of your complaint, than please feel free to escalate your issue to Nominet (the .uk registry) here at:- http://www.nominet.org.uk/disputes/complaining-about-registrar/complaints-procedure
LAWFUL
BizeeInternet reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. YOU may only use BizeeInternet server for lawful purposes and our services may not be used for illegal purposes or in support of illegal activities. We reserve the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing. If anything is not legal in the United Kingdom and the United States of America, it is not permitted to reside on our servers.
Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes but not limiting material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of non-acceptable content or links: ‘Pirated Warez’, OGG, AVI, MPEG, ISO, ‘Hacker programs or archives’, ‘Copyrighted Digital Movie Copies (DIVX)’ and ‘Unlicensed MP3’. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of BizeeInternet management.
If illegal content or usage is found, the account will be suspended and/or terminated. YOU agree that BizeeInternet may disclose any and all YOUR information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification.
Regardless of the place of signing this agreement, YOU agree that for purposes of venue this contract is entered in the United Kingdom, and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in the UK. Defendants further waive all objections to venue and acknowledge that venue in any such litigation will be held in UK courts. IN NO EVENT SHALL BizeeInternet’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY EXCEED TWO HUNDRED (£200.00) GBP pound sterling.
